A Fishing Poem

Yesterday I received a card with several crankbaits attached with ribbons. On the card Craig Tucker had composed and penned a neat poem. It’s worthy of passing on.
Someday the flood will pass
And waters will go down
You’ll want to fish for bass
And get the hell out of town
But then the weather’ll be hot
And these baits you’ll need to keep
Coz fish will not be on top
And you’ll need ’em to get deep
