The Garhole is a great place to fish when the wind is howling as it’s down in a bowl and protected.  In that protection today I caught 16 bass with the FOD at 3 lb – 1 oz . Most were caught on a Rapala DTF-7.  A few, including the FOD, were caught on a worm. I started about noon and fished till 4:30. The fish bit best in the middle of the afternoon. None hit it particularly hard. Most were around cover close to the bank but one was out in the middle, suspended I guess. The water was extremely clear as you can see in this photo.Mickey and I are going to give it another try tomorrow.
